IHM’s focus is based on the power of prevention and early intervention. Expatriates are globally disbursed and may find themselves in environments where information is not readily available or reliable. Our on-line training is a resource developed to help members meet the challenge of cross-cultural transition. It is designed to serve:
a) Expatriates who have demonstrated that they are highly motivated lifelong learners and value pertinent information
b) By providing training in real-time to a rapidly growing proportion of expatriates who are going overseas on a short term basis.
c) As a refresher course for those who have heard it before but need to hear it again
