EQ-iTM (BarOn Emotional Quotient-InventoryTM) Assessment enhances your IHM debriefing appointment by measuring and developing your ability to deal with the daily environmental demands and pressures that can be part of the trauma of any re-entry transition. By choosing this service, you will need to extend your IHM 90-minute debriefing appointment to 150-minutes for maximum benefit. Alternatively, IHM can, with your permission, release your assessment results to your local health-care provider who is certified/qualified to conduct an EQ-iTM feedback session.
